MILLENNIAL HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY MODEL IN IMPROVING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Trends in achieving national banking performance the 2017-2022 period tend to fluctuate. This is evidenced by financial report data that contains and ratios of with indicators unstable trends. Creativity, technological advances, superior com-petence business attitudes add value proposition compete industry are not only related products processes, but also company's human capital man-agement have a positive influence on improving performance. The research method uses quantitative descriptive verification types. instru-ment used questionnaire analysis techniques determine correlative relationship this study using Partial Least Square. results show Business Performance dominant dimension, namely Non-Financial Performance, strongly influenced Work Engagement Program Organization Commitment Digital Transformation Implementation Value Proposition. Millennial Human Capital Development dimension Internal Integration, which External Environ-ment Covid-19 Pandemic Environment Capital.
